The Role

We are looking for a motivated Director/Sr. Manager - Display Media who can utilize their expertise in Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and Programmatic technology to develop major client accounts.  Leadership, communication, innovation, and a passion for problem solving are paramount for success in this role.  This area of the business will undergo remarkable investment and growth this year, and the ideal individual will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on our success.

Responsibilities

  • Evangelize cutting edge Programmatic technology solutions and industry trends
  • Collaborate across internal teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum
  • Align with leaders across the business to create best practices, develop processes, and promote knowledge sharing
  • Partner with Business Development to develop innovative strategies for prospective clients, including asset development, client communication, and in person client presentations
  • Mentor and educate members of the Display Team to enhance platform expertise, client performance, and individual’s ongoing personal development
  • Oversee and ensure effective deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions
  • Develop client insights, reporting, and analysis to build and continually advance client strategies
  • Interpret and action attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data
  • Optimize campaign performance across RTB platforms, striving to consistently refine tactics and produce exceptional results for our advertisers

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or other quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in a RTB, Programmatic, or Display advertising role
  • Demonstrable knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, DSP platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies
  • A strong passion for problem solving and innovation
  • Strong aptitude for numerical detail and analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential, Macros & SQL capabilities are a plus
  • Strong business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents
  • Demonstrate a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills, specifically listening, consulting, and influencing
