Account Manager

Baltimore, USA

Based at the Jellyfish US office in Baltimore, the Account Manager will work closely with the Account Strategists to communicate campaign strategy, progress and results as regularly as required.

Responsible for the day to day management of clients’ expectations with particular emphasis on building strong client relationships and assisting with the compilation of campaign reports and delivering the content of these reports through regular meetings via the phone, webinar, and face to face. Can demonstrate measurable success through the achievement of set KPIs. e.g. sales and profitability, campaign management, report generation/analysis and overall service.

An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running PPC campaigns is required.

Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing account management, with previous accountability for annual billings in excess of $2m.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint essential.
