About Our People

Since joining Jellyfish in 2005, Rob’s growth strategy was to conquer the publishing sector, take those learnings and then diversify into other sectors. The company now delivers cutting-edge PPC campaigns across varying industry verticals with billings in excess of £20m.
Robs’ passion for paid search is infectious and he actively shares his thinking with his team, fellow industry players and online marketers through the industry bodies, press and exhibitions.
As well as developing the long term strategy he is still hands on in the day-to-day running of the business from overseeing the senior management, sales and marketing, through to training and development.
He manages a highly motivated team of 80+ employees with an open approach where anyone can share their thoughts and ideas freely - especially at the end of month drinks in the Jelly lounge!

With over 15 years creative experience, Mark began his career as a graphic designer working in some of the top London agencies. In 2007, Mark set up Uncle, an integrated design and brand communications agency. Four years on, Uncle is now a highly successful business with an impressive portfolio to boot and in 2010 became part of the Jellyfish Group, supporting the digital creative and communications side of the business.
At the heart of Mark's passion lies a love of typography and an unforgiving eye for detail. Mark's life has also recently dramatically changed and he is now a proud father of two.
