Account Management Team

We understand that the account management resource allocated to a campaign, as well as the level of interaction between the Client and the Account Management team, are crucial to the success of a campaign.

Therefore each Jellyfish Account Manager is limited to running between 4 and 6 campaigns each, thus allowing them the necessary time to run resource-intensive process driven campaigns. This level of account management resource is exceptional in the industry.

In line with this principle, when the scale of a campaign warrants it, it’s not unusual for a campaign to have up to 7 dedicated Account Managers. For example we have accounts that have at least 5 full time Account Managers working on its various campaigns at any one time.

The additional benefit of providing the Account Manager with this much time is that it allows them to interact with the client to a far greater depth than they would otherwise be able to. This allows the client far greater involvement and understanding of the campaign.

Each Jellyfish Account Management Team is led by an Account Director who oversees each campaign. His team will consist of a number of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers who have responsibility for all aspects of a campaign, effectively responsible for the P&L of each campaign.

Every Client has unlimited telephone access to the Account Management Team as well as a monthly on-site meeting. The Account Director will often attend each monthly meeting, but as a minimum will attend Quarterly on-site strategy meetings.

Upon joining Jellyfish each Account Manager undergoes a rigorous 3 month induction process to learn all aspects of process-driven Campaign Management.

All Jellyfish Account Directors and Account Managers are fully qualified Google Adwords Professionals.
