Responsibilities

  • Expanding Dynamix program offering and enhancing the existing programs
  • Developing and implementing strategy for the program team, in partnership with the regional Dynamix leads
  • Understanding how different projects interlink and overlap
  • Liaising with the marketing and communications team to increase awareness of programs, and to productize these programs
  • Managing budgets and reporting on fund allocation
  • Participating in business development efforts (design, submission and review)
  • Gathering feedback and presenting insights
  • Reporting on program performance to executive team and directors
  • Identifying opportunities for continual improvement
  • Developing industry partnerships
  • Ensuring relevant standards and process are upheld

Skill Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 4-6 years’ of digital marketing and program management experience
  • Program strategy, planning, and execution at an enterprise level on large and often complex campaigns
  • Highly experienced in working across regions, partnerships and diverse internal teams
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising and analytics technology
