The Role

As a Operations Manager - New Business, you will be a key member of the UK Agency function assisting in the successful acquisition of new clients as well as growth of existing clients. This role is for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is seeking a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the facilitation of the sales process from lead generation through to handover to the Client Team
  • Assist in accurately logging all communication, actions & sales process milestones within relevant systems and tools (see Systems & Tools section below)
  • Be integral to the development and on-going evolution of the Jellyfish sales process and the communication of this to the Jellyfish organisation
  • Facilitate internal meetings for pitch kick-offs, reviews, and team checkpoints.
    Assist in compiling, analysing, and presenting new business data for internal and external reporting.
  • Aid in assembling winning pitches! You will be an active participant to our client pitch team, as you work cross-functionally to organize and help in creating attention-grabbing pitches.
  • Assist in the compilation of market research for new business opportunities and key growth verticals
  • Proactively review opportunities for all active accounts.
  • Research digital marketing trends and keep the business development team up to date on information they can share with their clients and prospects.

Experience Required

  • Experience in business development or project management with a focus on digital marketing and Google Marketing Platform (GMP) A passion for and understanding of all things digital as well as a constant curiosity to learn about the latest trends
  • Experience with MS Office suite, Google Suite, Salesforce and ability to create, format, and manipulate Excel spreadsheets and develop MS PowerPoint / Google doc based presentations
