The Role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of a variety of projects across any of our varied online services, working closely with the project management team and practitioners across multiple offices.  This role requires a highly organised individual, who will manage client delivery plans to key milestones, tracking delivery timescales and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Nurturing positive, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders through regular communication and continual expectation management.
  • Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects, overseeing their own plans whilst also giving advice to more junior members of the team.
  • Acting as the custodian of processes and procedures for the agency.
  • Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability and margins across projects.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement/change and has the ability to convey and implement the change
  • Facilitating project meetings, with all project stakeholders.
  • Carry out team meetings to ensure accurate delivery of process and procedure.
  • Upholding the company’s position and integrity at all times, particularly within the realms of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion.
  • Minimises our exposure and risk across multiple projects by managing scope across projects.

Experience Required

  • Previous Agency or Digital experience
  • Strong understanding of the steps involved to deliver digital solutions
  • Good understanding of the current and new digital the solutions being implemented throughout the industry
  • Experience of taking ground breaking concepts and pushing the boundaries to deliver.

Skill Requirements

  • Is commercially astute and works within the constraints of project budgets.
  • Possesses strong business writing skills and is able to produce and maintain high quality documents, constant updating of project plans ad process documentation.
  • Possesses the requisite Project Management skills required to ensure seamless standards of service and delivery.
  • Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Is a confident and articulate presenter to board level
  • Leads by example and mentors other members of the team to strive for excellence.
