The Role

We are searching for candidates that can wow us with their enthusiasm and drive. You will be hungry for varied work and be looking to grab your chance to play an important role in a growing team.


Working in a fast paced environment for some exciting clients across the globe, you will be exposed to all types of data and analytics work, from the technical nuts and bolts of full implementations of analytics tools,  to turning data into insight using Data Studio and other dashboarding tools. Training will also be provided in other disciplines such as SEO, Paid Media, & Conversion Optimisation to help ensure you become a well-rounded digital marketing guru!


As an Analytics Associate you will be mentored by one or more of our Managers, and you will be expected to self-study to bring yourself up to speed on required skills within the first 3 months of employment.


  • Perform analytics audits, testing and validating Analytics setups
  • Deal with enquiries around Analytics from both internal and external users
  • Plan and implement custom Analytics and tag management solutions
  • Help organisations collect data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Produce clear and detailed client facing reports to identify areas of opportunity to improve campaign performance
  • Work closely with global Analytics & CRO managers to upskill yourself
  • Deliver work set on time, and within budget

Experience Required

  • Passion for Data and Analytics
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing role or similar
  • Understanding of Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager or similar data collection / tag management products
  • Computer science / programming experience is a strong advantage
  • Code skills are a strong advantages but not required -Java Script / jQuery / SQL / R / Python
  • Numerically skilled – comfortable with numbers
  • Can deal with basic enquiries around Analytics from both internal and external users

Skill Requirements

  • Fluent English, excellent written and spoken
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills
  • Ability/interest in working in a fast paced, dynamic environment on multiple priorities
  • Must be comfortable presenting results both internally and externally to clients
