The Role

Jellyfish Training is seeking a talented individual that bridges the gap between creative and artwork. As well as all the day-to-day business requirements, there will be an opportunity to add some creative flare to the projects you work on. You will work out of our Reigate offices and be part of the Jellyfish Training team. You will work alongside Marketing to produce brand assets for all parts of the global Training business. As well as being self sufficient, you will be required to work with other creative teams within Jellyfish.


  • Create digital assets for our websites, social and display advertising
  • Design and artwork of printed marketing material (will include litho, digital and exhibition)
  • Design and maintain our sales proposals and training content (Google Slides)
  • Design and maintain our online training portal (2019)
  • Adapt artwork based on existing creative and feedback from internal stakeholders
  • Ensure brand consistency
  • Art direct, review, retouch and feedback on video and photography shoots
  • Become brand guardian over time
  • Work independently, but also alongside existing creative teams within the business
  • Listen and respond to briefs and identify new opportunities
  • Present to the wider Training team and others within the business

Experience Required

  • HND or degree in graphic design or related subject or equivalent
  • Previous creative experience within an Agency or client-side
  • In-depth working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
  • Happy working in Google tools (Google Slides and Docs)
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital landscape
  • Brilliant layout and typography skills
  • Creating, preparing, proofing and checking print ready artwork
  • Video and animation capabilities a bonus

  • Demonstrate initiative, be proactive as well as self-manage time and projects
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
