Jellyfish is looking for a technically savvy Project Manager to help lead web development projects, dynamic creative projects, and paid media initiatives. The ideal candidate will have an avid interest in digital marketing, website builds, and emerging technologies. This person will lead teams through the journey of developing websites for some of the most recognized global brands in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Provide transparency and predictability in project delivery and execution
  • Lead teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Nurture a positive, team oriented working relationship with internal and external clients through regular communication, exemplary client services and continual expectation management
  • Act as the custodian of project plans and client financial reports
  • Manage day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects
  • Take ownership of project needs/requests from ideation through launch
  • Triage issues and help coordinate sprint planning activities
  • Communicate and simplify complex technical ideas to internal and external stakeholders
  • Uphold the company’s position and integrity at all times, particularly within the realms of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion
  • Set a professional example of behavior, attitude, and results at all times

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management role
  • Experience in a digital producer capacity may also be beneficial
  • Technically curious and unafraid to get your hands dirty with systems and software
  • Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
  • Experience with project management tools used for task/time/resource management, such as JIRA, Confluence, Mavenlink, Smartsheets
  • Project/task scoping, planning, and estimation
  • Working in a methodical way, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • PMP certification a plus
